The file, built properly
In my experience, refusals are usually document problems rather than people problems: a bank letter phrased wrong, a certificate that has aged out, an apostille nobody asked for. I check every piece against the standard the reviewing officer actually applies.

Consulate portals, cita previa systems, the padrón, the TIE appointment. I handle the Spanish side and explain it back in plain English, so you're never guessing what a form is asking for.

Building the file
We work through the document list together — what to order, in what order, what needs translating or apostilling, and what each document has to actually say.
Filing, and afterwards
The application goes in at the consulate or here in Spain, depending on your route. I stay with it through the decision, the TIE appointment, and the settling-in admin that follows.
Why people hire me
You'll be handing over passports, bank statements and your family's plans for the next five years. It's fair to want to know who is on the other end of that.

I'm an immigration consultant, not an abogado, and I'll always say so plainly. What I do is know these residence routes in depth and file them well. If a case genuinely needs a lawyer — a court appeal, say — I'll tell you that instead of taking it on.

+No, and nobody honestly can — the decision belongs to the consulate or the immigration office. What I can do is tell you before you spend anything whether your situation clears the bar, and make sure the file that goes in doesn't fail on a document.
I don't know which visa I need. Is that a problem?
+No — it's the most common way people arrive here. Tell me what you'll be living on in Spain and whether you'll still be working, and I can usually name the route in one message.
Do you work with people who aren't in Spain yet?
+Yes — and most of my clients are still in their home country when we start, which is where you should be. An airtight application takes months to put together before it's filed.
What do you need from me to start?
+Your nationality, roughly what your income or savings look like, whether anyone is coming with you, and when you want to be in Spain. That's enough for a first read.
